“Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.” Luk 15:10
Three prisoners got saved on Friday. Praise God! Jesus is doing a great work. Pray that God does a great and mighty work in these men’s hearts and minds
When things go wrong, you know there is a blessing or two around the corner. I have had so much problems with my car, geyser, washing machine, gas geyser and the such like over the past few weeks. I said to Daphne, it is like a rolling thunder. However, I have seen more inmates come to our Reformers Institution program on Fridays and started joining us for Church Services on Sunday, than I have had over the past 3 years. praise God! “Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. ” 1 Cor 4.5

Preached out of Romans today, specifically from Romans 3.10, where God declares that None are righteous. I showed that God, infact is holding a court case (read romans chapters 1-3) and the whole of mankind stands before Him. He mentions that all have sinned and the consequences or wages of sin is death. But God does offer a gift for all those who will recieve Jesus Christ as their very own personal Saviour. Praise God five prisoners got saved today
Blessing to share: Today was our 2nd Service at the Prison, I am pleased to report that some of the men came, dispite the fact that they are soccer fans. They came to Church rather than watcch soccer. Keep praying for them. In fact one chap told me just before he left that he has several other friends who are interested in coming. Praise God!
I am shocked
“Have you ever heard of addicts climbing into the cemetery digging up graves and scraping from the bones a white powder residue from the embalming fluids and creating a recipient to shoot into your veins and get high?
Or have you ever heard of people stealing lights from vehicles and commercial properties and breaking open the fixtures to get the chemical residue as an addictive substance?
If you’re like me, both of these were brand new addictive behaviors that I have never imagined—yet this is what Dr. Kingsbury and I were faced with when we arrived at Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa.” extracted Ben Burkes
